Symbion
Symbion is the oldest and largest of the Innovation District Copenhagen- start-up communities. It houses over 300 companies working primarily in fields such as information technology, Communication technology and food technology. Symbion is also parent company to an additional five start-up communities scattered throughout the Danish capital.
COBIS
Over 120 of Denmark’s most promising life science, biotech, medtech and digital health start-ups are located in COBIS. Strong ties to local research communities ensure state-of-the-art solutions. Find your next industry collaborators at the heart of the innovation district in COBIS.
UCPH Lighthouse
UCPH Lighthouse is a start-up community housing entrepreneurial students and staff researchers from many fields of study; primarily at University of Copenhagen. Ranging from sports science and mathematics to political science and computer science. In the hub you find some 40 start-ups that work with everything from big data and climate challenges over food and artificial intelligence to apps and web platforms.

BioInnovation Institute
BioInnovation Institute is a leading incubator and accelerator for human and planetary health. The institute supports start-ups and scientists through the various phases of realizing research-based ideas with high-growth commercial potential. BII provides office and lab-space, business development expertise as well as grants and loans.

House of Practice and Innovation
The Practice and Innovation House is a development and test facility for health- and care companies. It gives businesses a unique opportunity to develop welfare technologies and work with health innovation in close collaboration with students and researchers in health and care study programmes. It is also home to entrepreneurship programmes at University College Copenhagen.
